Im like rlly mad that the CCP decided to ban this right here. Like, 20 more chapters, and star constellation would prolly be dead, and it would be back to fang yuan just digesting his gains. But noooooo, the CCP had to use their Supreme Grandmaster attainment in censorship against human path Supreme Grandmaster Gu Zhen Ren. It is truly sad the he failed is tribulation. Rest in peace Reverend Insanity, and may eternal life be in your grasp o7

I just finished Reverend Insanity, and it’s a true masterpiece. The storytelling, characters, and world-building set a new standard for web novels. After reading this, I doubt I’ll ever feel the same hype again—whether it was Fang Yuan destroying Fate Gu, obtaining the Reverse River (that perseverance quote gave me chills), or defeating Duke Long. Every chapter was essential, and the story only got better. Honorary Mentions: -Renzu’s stories were fun to read. -This novel has the best arc endings and climaxes. -Some venerables and characters could easily get their own novel just waiting for this masterpiece to get unbanned now

This is the best novel I've ever read up to date (My very first novel and my second novel is SS and I'm barely at chapter 600+ lmao) I like how Fang Yuan deals with things and how he's not inherently evil just for the sake of being evil, but for the sake of him gaining benefits. Also, 1285 and 1673 is engraved in my heart. Edit : I accidentally put 4 stars.

Fang Yuan is a villain who's ruthlessness extends not only to others, but also towards himself. His journey takes hin through a series of impossible situations in which he succeeds against all odds, with gains higher than any others could ever imagine. This demon is a true schemer, but his shamelessness often shows off more than any of his talents. A 10/10 novel.

the descriptions and detailing in this novel has been top tier. Fang Yuan's character is just too dope. This is a unique yet most realistic way a person would act if he is sent to another world

this is an Historical Masterpiece, Fang Yuan rejects the idea of a moral framework being able to exist (within the world of RI Fang Yuan is a Moral Naturalist) he's a unique character in his kind. Anyway overall Reverend Insanity is a Blessing for us readers.

Discovered Reverend Insanity half a year ago, since then its been part of life pretty much every day. Tied first place for greatest piece of fiction for i have ever consumed in my life. Can probably be undisputed first if continued :(

My first LN. I liked it so much that I stopped reading almost all the Manhwas that I was hooked up to. If you are a new reader then you should definitely give it a read. You might find it boring at the beginning due to the information dump about the gu world but it gets way better. The human nature is very well described in this novel to the point where you can relate to it.

Same here. I only started to read it due to the lack of a faithful or completed adaptation, and since everyone holds it in high regard. Now I've found that the source material especially novels tends to be the best form of all fiction. I even stopped with comics and shows lately. Although there's a lot to read, despite its discontinuation, I've been taking it slow but I fear nothing will ever match it :(

It was my Very 1st Novel too,we really had the best start ever in our journey i did the same think as you i was reading every day like a madman at the end it took me 3months to finish it

I was so invested yes and it was my 1st Experience as a Novel so i wanted to do things properly and be fully focused on it, at the end it took me 3months I even remember the date when I finished it (20/11/2023)

I love it, the only reason I could anyone giving this story less than 5 stars is cause it has not been completed but even incomplete it is so much better than all the other novels out there, but you do have to keep in mind, the MC is much more ruthless and cruel and cunning than normal MC's but the world is even more harsh, so it checks out. and all- well almost all the characters in the story actually have more than 2 braincells.
