This is such a good read! It may look like a lot of chapters, but each one is quite short. I just want to know, is there an alternate version with Emperor Ji?? Or any fanfic?? Cos I'm sure if he was not ill, they would have had a HEA. But then again, none of the plots would happen. . . I like Si Yehan, but I kinda ship Emperor Ji too. . . Why must he die??? Sob sob sob. . .

It's a good read, lots of funny moments. I had a couple of good laughs with this. Up if your looking for a story to past time while waiting for other to update.

Wonderful story , couldn't stop reading till the end complex personalities , lots of laughing and some crying , really worth reading. Nice way of resolving various tasks by leading couple.

It's a good novel. It's fun to read and there's just a lot of humor and shamelessness. It definitely made me laugh! And there's also a lot of intrigues that kept me guessing until the point when everything was revealed. It's a definitely a good novel to read

It's a good one but compared it to his other novel it's meh average. Going to the island and all the Martial arts etc is really not that good ( my opinion it's unnecessary) but it's passable. Overall a pretty mid type novel with a good love storyline.

I kinda like the story line I haven't read the novel but the manhua version but it's good. She shows her beauty which is covered with a thick make up was my favorite sceane to read.

One of the best stories I've ever read. Well deserved star rating. You can't help but anticipate to read every chapter, certified page turner. All-round genre plus overflowing shamelessness lol. Fave fave!

This story really deserve five stars!! The characters really build good, the storyline is always have a twist and make me can't wait to finished reading the story. The FL and ML so perfect for eachother, hope TangTang have his own story!!

Quite a long story but I really enjoyed it. Some may find the story boring at first but all the events were connected in a very interesting way.
Thank God it's vacay...once you start you get hooked. I laughed a lot. To me, it's a marvelous, fantastic, enjoyable & unforgettable journey. Salute to the author.

One of the absolute best and funniest novels with so many plot twists coming your way. I've always felt drawn to strong leads so this novel was perfect for me. No plot holes either and the way everything starts to connect till the very end is so satisfying to read. I truly laughed and cried with the characters every chapter, 5 stars from me!
