There’s this kid called Gravis who’s the son of one of 2 of the most powerful people in his universe, his father doesn’t allow him to cultivate no matter how many times he asks until eventually something happens to Gravis, the other person who’s as powerful as his father is heaven who likes to scheme a lot & is at odds with Gravis father for millions of years, reason why it’s called lighting is the only way is because at the start that’s what Gravis believed he needed in order to deal with heaven.

What's MGA?

Martial God Asura It’s a pretty loooong book but it’s one of my faves. If you’re looking for a smaller cultivation one I’d recommend Outside of Time. It’s 100% worth it.

I have read beyond the timescape but updates are too slow so I was thinking to try outside of time from where I stopped in beyond the timescape are they both similar enough?

Beyond timescape and Outside of Time have absolutely nothing similar to each other

Cuz it’s insanely long. People get tired of “repetitions” ig I read it till 5k chapters. That time that was the latest chapter. I’m reading it again now. I honestly don’t think it’s that repetitive and you can actually feel mc growing on you. Also there’s this something about continuous breakthroughs and lightning tribulations and dragons and secret realms which I really really like. It’s all in here. You can say that mga encompassed all the cliches and systems in one book that’s why it’s kinda long. I hope you try. Thanks again.

Can you explain the story, world building, characters a bit? I was thinking of reading Mga because I truly love cultivation novels and long ones, I have read Library of the heavens path, which some people say is not good because everyone targets the mc again and again but it's one of my personal favourite besides Reverend Insanity.

Worse in quite a few ways, but it also has aspects which are better than MP. It's honestly up to the reader to determine which is better. I, personally, like Martial Peak better.

In what ways is martial peak better?

Firstly, Martial Peak's Yang Kai isn't stupid. Long Chen has a knack for doing dumb things out of rage, but Yang Kai manages to keep his calm in most situations. Secondly, if you've read NSHBA, you'll know all about the cringe hot-bloodedness that Long Chen has. Merely based off those cringe scenes, I ended up almost dropping the book multiple times. Martial Peak generally doesn't have that. Thirdly, Long Chen spends a lot of his time, in the early stages of this book, tiring himself out helping his 'brothers' become stronger, so much so that he ends up neglecting his own increase in strength quite often; Martial Peak's Mc doesn't really do that. Fourthly, while MP is quite repetitive, it's nowhere near as repetitive as NSHBA. If you've read both, you'll know what I mean. However, I do want to mention that although NSHBA was really bad at the start and middle, it has gotten more endurable towards the latter end of the book. At least, I'm kind of enjoying myself at ch 5200 ish.

No worries my guy. Everyone has different tastes so you might end up enjoying this more than Martial Peak, who knows. Have a fun read!
