Legend of Swordsman

This novel is good. i would rate it a 8/10. Plot is - 7.5/10 it has its repetitive moments Mc- 9.5/10 hes no simp, no hero complex romance- LOL 4/10. its NO HAREM which i love, he only has 1 wife. This author is similar to er gen, in the snese that they are great novel writers but bad romance writers. world building-10/10

Question before i start reading. Is this guy that type of mc. by that type of mc i mean a mc that always throws themseleves into battle for randoms they dont know and tries their best to always save everyone? Aka the morally good mc. i dislike those type of mcs.

I see a lot of ppl have given up before they even started reading the novel because of the shear amount of chapters, well as a person who has read this novel far too many times to remember, i can tell you that its best that u don't binge read this novel. its repetitive, but also very good, its like martial peak and the other old cliche novels, one of the old classics, it follows the usual troupes, and stuff like that, but i think its worth a read, atleast as a time killer, for those who are waiting for there other novels to stack up or finish their hiatus. I really liked the plot, but d*mn its slow, the only redeeming quality to the entire book would be one single character that i won't name for the sake of spoilers, but its quite good, so as a certified heavenly poison tester & a novel fanatic, i give it a solid 7.5/10 for plot, 6/10 for story (repetitive) 9/10 for action, 5/10 for romance, (basically none). Overall, 7.75/10 would recommend as a time killer. WARNING, NO BINGE.

I just finished 2 d*mn 1400c novels and an addition of 800 chaps, i came here with the thought that i was ready for this challenge but the sheer weight crushed my motivation again... Xanxia, 5k chaps, no harem... F*ck, ill fight this another day. Ill definitely beat this final boss i swear for god sake.

I would not be opposed to reading this if the 5k chapter count is deserved, but I strongly suspect that it is yet another web novel that has fallen prey to 'I must make rent, so I will continue to prolong this series for money.' Could anyone who has read this tell me? I feel like the whole novel will be a constant repeat of the MC finding themselves in a new realm as the weakest, becoming the strongest there, going to a new realm as the weakest, and continuing that for 5k chapters. I don't think I could handle that for 5k chaps.
