Immortal In The Magic World

I do pen this on the third of March, in the year 2025. Verily, this tale was most wondrous. Yet the ending was not as I had foreseen, for it did conclude with undue haste. Its potential was most grand. Still, I must avow that I found great enjoyment therein. A fine read it was. Some passages did enthrall most deeply, whilst others did wane in mirth. In summation, I commend this work for a worthy read—eight of ten. Yet do I withhold two marks for its hurried end and those moments of dullness.

Solid 6/10 I believe it's better than the average novel you read. I enjoyed the first half of the book I wished it went into a bit more detail on some subjects throughout the novel. The pacing on the later half of the novel is a little bit rushed and it gets a bit repetitive with the fighting near the last 200 or so chapters. I feel like there could be more meat on the bone with the story line and character development but it is what it is. The ending was sudden and the author could of added much more to the story with the findings at the very end of the last chapter. Overall, the novel it is relaxing chill and short read and I would recommend.

Eh, ill give it a 3. 5 without considering the 2* translation. The lot of inconsistency and im not sure is it from author or translator. The author seems like a fan of warlock of the magus world, top tier providence. I kinda dont like how this end like the wizard world tho

Starts of great. It shows both the advantages and the disadvantages of immortality the translation is good even though sometimes he and she is mixed up which is anoying when you try to find out the gender of a person. Over the years our mc gets some pretty op powers which he sadly doesn't use to its fullest because in hindsight they might have been to op and would hinder plot development. If your looking for something to read for a few hunderd chapters then this is the one

beginning and mid stages are 5/5 but it kinda drops a little later on cause it becomes a little rushed and isn't really focused on the "immortal" part anymore. World building is really good though and 100% needs an sequel more focused on the "immortal" part again.

I feel like this novel is a mix-match stitch made from several different works and the author just put it all together, along with the idea of an immortal magician. I've read almost two hundred chapters and so far, I haven't any redeeming points. Basically everything in this novel is something I've already seen or can predict easily without even thinking. The concept was great, I mean, an ageless magician is pretty interesting, but the rest is pretty dull. It's an 'okay' novel, great for killing some time when you have nothing to read. Quite a disappointment though, considering that the current ratings is 4. 5 stars.

The story might be a bit slow but it's very well developed with a world very rich in detail and well built also the power system is very easy to understand and quite complete . The MC is some time a bit blank but funny anwthe side character are a bit empty since most of the time there are just in extase in front of the power of the MC and don't have much developement in there character but even with that it's a good novel that i recommend and wich is easily in my top 10

I have nothing but compliments to this novel, been reading this since it was added, I love the concept of the novel, in my opinion the world building is really good, they don’t focus too much on useless stuff but if you look really into it, the world is so well done, the system of powers is also nothing but great, and for me the story never gets boring, what I love about Eli is the way he thinks, finally an Mc with his powers isn’t brain dead, there are some characters that the author could go a bit more into, but at the end of the day they aren’t the main characters of the story. So this is definitely a must read.

Read about 350 chapters in. I'll give this novel a solid 6/10. It's not a masterpiece by any means but it's a solid junk food novel if you're caught up on everything else. It's basically a clone of top tier providence and warlock of the magus world but it doesn't really capture either genre well. The first 200 chapters show the mc going through lots of characters development as evil ancient lich type character that only cares about himself and then all of that is thrown out with a massive tonal shift in the later chaps in favor of your typical overly emotional underestimated mc cliche. My biggest gripes with this novel is the convenience plot armor. Everything he needs gets handed to him on a silver platter, He never faces enemies that are stronger than himself or even on the same strength level. The MC is not pushed and there is no suspense. The power creep is annoying too as it leads to the author hyping up one person and then turning them into cannon fodder later on.
